EXCHANGE

We have a 4-day size exchange policy, which means you have 4 days after receiving your item to request a size exchange. (Request will be processed based on the size availability of the purchased product)

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start an exchange, you can contact us on the chat box setup on our website or at support@nofinishingline.com with the following details

RETURNS

We do not accept returns. All sales are final and can not be cancelled. If you have received a defective product contact us at support@nofinishingline.com or at the chat box setup on our website.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES 

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 REFUNDS

In case you have received a damaged product, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 4-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@nofinishingline.com.


SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING

All orders placed at our store are processed within 24-48 hours.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information is provided via email. Delivery would take 4-7 working days depending on the customers pincode. 
 

RIGHT TO CANCEL

NO FINISHING LINE reserves the right to reject or cancel your order fulfilment of all orders on our website. We reserve the right not to accept your order for any of the following reasons:

  • The product is not available / in stock.
  • Your billing information is not correct or not verifiable.
  • Your order has been suspected of fraudulent activity.
  • We are unable to deliver to the provided address.
  • In the event of misspelling, pricing or other errors or mistakes in the website information.
